  • I-Garam masala powder- & frac12 tsp
  • Usawoti- ngokunambitha ngakunye
  • Amafutha- wokuthosa okujulile
  • Amafutha wesinaphi- 1tbsp
  • Amanzi- 2 izinkomishi
  • Amaqabunga e-coriander aqoshiwe- ukuhlobisa

Inqubo

  1. Ikhasi bese ugeza amazambane. Babambe wonke ngosizo lwemfoloko.
  2. Gcina la mazambane emanzini anosawoti imizuzu eyi-15.
  3. Ngemuva kwalokho uwoyela wokushisa epanini lokuthosa elijulile.
  4. Fry okujulile amazambane elangabini eliphansi aze aguqule umbala onsundu ngokusagolide.
  5. Uma usuqedile, khipha uwoyela oweqile kumazambane kumathawula wephepha.
  6. Manje shisa uwoyela wesinaphi epanini. Faka imbewu ye-cumin ne-hing. Fry cishe umzuzu.
  7. Faka u-anyanisi kanye gazinga emlilweni ophakathi kuze kuphenduke umbala onsundu wegolide.
  8. Faka i-ginger-garlic paste bese uyithosa cishe imizuzu engama-2-3.
  9. Bese ufaka utamatisi oqoshiwe, usawoti, i-cumin powder, i-coriander powder, i-turmeric powder, i-red chilli powder bese upheka cishe imizuzu emihlanu kuze kube yilapho utamatisi ephenduka i-mushy.
  10. Faka cishe uhhafu wenkomishi yamanzi kuyo bese uhlangana kahle.
  11. Manje engeza amazambane othosiwe. Yima imizuzu engu-5 kuze kube yilapho amazambane emunca i-gravy.
  12. Faka i-garam masala powder uphinde uvuselele kahle.
  13. Cisha ilangabi bese uhlobisa ngamaqabunga e-coriander aqoshiwe.

I-dum aloo Amritsari ebabayo futhi emnandi isilungele ukuphakwa. Kuhambisana kahle ne-crispy pooris noma i-jeera rice.
