Inqubo
- Yenza unamathisela opelepele abaluhlaza, ujinja nogalikhi. Marinate ama-prawn ngale paste, usawoti, impuphu ebomvu obomvu, i-turmeric ne-garam masala.
- Gcina ama-prawn asolwandle eceleni imizuzu engama-30.
- Manje shisisa uwoyela epanini. Isizini ngamaqabunga e-curry. Faka ama-prawn nge-marinade epanini.
- Hlanganisa gazinga imizuzu engu-2-3 elangabini eliphansi. Ungawathosi kakhulu ama-prawn. Vele ulinde umbala opinki oluhlaza ukuthi unyamalale.
- Bese ufaka utamatisi puree uhlanganise kahle. Pheka imizuzu engu-2-3 ngelangabi eliphansi.
- Manje engeza izinkomishi ezi-2 zamanzi bese ulinda ukuthi zibile.
- Lapho i-gravy iqala ukubilisa, engeza unamathisele we-tamarind. Yima imizuzu engu-5-6 yelangabi eliphansi.
- Ekugcineni, engeza ukhukhunathi osanda kugaywa ku-curry bese uhlangana kahle. Pheka umzuzu bese ucisha ilangabi.
