  • Utamatisi puree- 2tbsp
  • I-Tamarind unamathisela- 1 inkomishi
  • Ukhukhunathi- 1 inkomishi (esanda kushaywa)
  • Amaqabunga eCoriander- ama-2 sprigs (aqoshiwe)
  • Amafutha- 4tbsp
  • Usawoti- ngokunambitha ngakunye

Inqubo

  1. Yenza unamathisela opelepele abaluhlaza, ujinja nogalikhi. Marinate ama-prawn ngale paste, usawoti, impuphu ebomvu obomvu, i-turmeric ne-garam masala.
  2. Gcina ama-prawn asolwandle eceleni imizuzu engama-30.
  3. Manje shisisa uwoyela epanini. Isizini ngamaqabunga e-curry. Faka ama-prawn nge-marinade epanini.
  4. Hlanganisa gazinga imizuzu engu-2-3 elangabini eliphansi. Ungawathosi kakhulu ama-prawn. Vele ulinde umbala opinki oluhlaza ukuthi unyamalale.
  5. Bese ufaka utamatisi puree uhlanganise kahle. Pheka imizuzu engu-2-3 ngelangabi eliphansi.
  6. Manje engeza izinkomishi ezi-2 zamanzi bese ulinda ukuthi zibile.
  7. Lapho i-gravy iqala ukubilisa, engeza unamathisele we-tamarind. Yima imizuzu engu-5-6 yelangabi eliphansi.
  8. Ekugcineni, engeza ukhukhunathi osanda kugaywa ku-curry bese uhlangana kahle. Pheka umzuzu bese ucisha ilangabi.

Ungahlobisa i-kolambi rassa ngamaqabunga e-coriander futhi uyijabulele ngelayisi elishubile noma i-vakri (ufulawa welayisi rotis).
