1. Beka phansi amaqabunga e-curry ayi-10 kuye kwayi-15 epuletini. Bese ugcobisa usawoti ezinhlakeni ze-salmon bese uzibeka phezu kwamaqabunga e-curry.
2. Mboza ipuleti ngenye futhi uyishiye imizuzu engu-20 ukuze uhambe olwandle.
3. Cwilisa iMalabar tamarind ngezinkomishi zamanzi ezi-1 nengxenye isigamu sehora.
4. Fudumeza uwoyela epanini bese uwagcoba ngamaqabunga e-curry. Bese uthosa u-anyanisi kuwo imizuzu embalwa elangabini eliphansi.
5. Uma u-anyanisi eba igolide, engeza ujinja negalikhi epanini. Pheka elangabini eliphansi eminye imizuzu emi-2.
6. Bese ufaka izinongo, okungukuthi, i-red chilli powder ne-turmeric powder epanini. Shayela imizuzu engu-2-3.
7. Faka upelepele bese upheka elangabini eliphansi umzuzu. Ungayishisi le pepper ngokuyipheka ngokweqile.
