Inqubo
Sishisa uwoyela 1tbsp epanini lokuthosa. Isizini nembewu yekhumini. Lapho imbewu iqala ukuqhekeka, engeza unamathisela i-ginger garlic. Shayela imizuzwana embalwa elangabini eliphakathi.
Faka u-anyanisi o-2 bese uyiyeka ithose imizuzu embalwa (ize ibe nombala obomvana futhi ibukeke ithenda).
Manje engeza upelepele oluhlaza, bese ushayela imizuzwana embalwa. Faka utamatisi. Pheka imizuzu embalwa kuze kube yilapho utamatisi eba ithenda.
Beka ipani emlilweni. Ake kuphole. Ngemuva kwalokho, yihlanganise nokunamathisela okubushelelezi. Kugcine eceleni.
Sishisa amafutha asele epanini elifanayo lokuthosa. Saute anyanisi 2 umzuzu bese ufaka inkukhu, i-turmeric powder. Fafaza usawoti. Hlanganisa kahle bese upheka emlilweni ophakathi nendawo imizuzu engu-5-10. Amanzi aphuma enkukhu kufanele akhuphuke ukuze athole i-gravy efana nokuvumelana.
Pheka ngezikhathi ezithile ukuze ubone ukuthi inkukhu isiphenduke yaba nsundu noma cha. Uma inkukhu ibukeka iphekiwe, engeza i-garam masala, i-red chilli powder, i-kasoori meethi ne-tomato ketchup. Hlanganisa kahle.
Manje engeza i-masala ehlanganisiwe epanini uhlanganise kahle. Pheka omunye umzuzu owodwa.
