Inqubo
1. Geza futhi uhlanze kahle izingcezu zemvu ngamanzi.
2. Marinate izingcezu nge-yogurt, u-anyanisi unamathisele, i-ginger garlic unamathisele, i-turmeric powder ne-red chilli powder. Gcina eceleni imizuzu eyi-10-15.
3. Emva kwalokho shisisa amafutha epanini bese ufaka imbewu ye-cumin ne-bay leaf kuyo.
4. Njengoba iqala ukwenyuka, engeza inkukhu enamanzi kanye ne-marinade epanini. Qhubeka udonsa imizuzu eyi-10-15 emlilweni ophakeme kuze kube amanzi ayahwamuka ngokuphelele.
5. Bese ufaka i-puree utamatisi nosawoti. Pheka eminye imizuzu emi-5-6 kulangabi eliphakathi.
