  • Upelepele omnyama- 1tsp
  • Izinkwa zesinkwa- 4tbsp
  • Usawoti- ngokunambitha ngakunye
  • Amafutha - 1-2 tbsp

Inqubo

  • Endishini, cwilisa amazambane abilisiwe, uphizi oluhlaza kuze kube bushelelezi.
  • Faka u-anyanisi oqoshiwe, upelepele oluhlaza uhlanganise kahle.
  • Manje fafaza impuphu ebomvu, usawoti, chaat masala, garam masala, kanye nopelepele omnyama. Hlanganisa kahle ngesipuni ukuze i-masala ixube ngokulinganayo.
  • Hlangisa i-oven iye kuma-250 degrees Celsius kumodi ye-convection.
