2. Ngokwandisa amazinga e-collagen
Amafutha omnqumo aqukethe ama-antioxidants avimbela ukuguga ngaphambi kwesikhathi futhi akhuphule namazinga e-collagen esikhunjeni sakho. [3]

3. Ekwelapheni ukushiswa yilanga
I-aloe vera inketho ekahle yesikhumba esishiswe yilanga noma esicasuliwe. Iqukethe izindawo zokupholisa ezingasithambisa isikhumba. [4]

4. Ngesikhumba esinamafutha
Uwoyela womuthi wetiye uqukethe izakhiwo ezilwa nokuvuvukala. Kuyasiza futhi ekwelapheni izimo zesikhumba njengesikhumba esinamafutha, ngaleyo ndlela kuvimbele izinduna nezinduna. [5]

5. Ngesikhumba esithambile esikhanyayo
I-yoghurt ayigcini nje ngokuthambisa isikhumba sakho kepha futhi inciphisa nolayini abahle nemibimbi futhi ikunikeze isikhumba esithambile futhi esikhanyayo ngokusetshenziswa okujwayelekile.

- Engeza zombili izithako esitsheni bese uzihlanganisa ndawonye.
- Thatha inani elinomusa lenhlanganisela bese uyisebenzisa ngobumnene ebusweni bakho.
- Yiyeke ivulekele cishe imizuzu engama-20.
- Yigeze bese uyiphinda kanye kanye ngesonto ngomphumela oyifunayo.
Ungayisebenzisa Kanjani Ikhabe Ngezinwele?
1. Ukukhula kwezinwele
Umthombo ocebile wama-antioxidants, uwoyela womnqumo ukhuthaza impilo yesikhumba. Iphinde ithuthukise ukugeleza kwegazi okuya ezinhlakeni zezinwele, ngaleyo ndlela ibaqinise.

Ungenza kanjani
- Hlanganisa ijusi lekhabe namafutha omnqumo ndawonye endishini
- Yisebenzise ngokulinganayo ezinweleni zakho.
- Vumela ukuthi ihlale cishe imizuzu engama-30 bese uyigeza nge-shampoo-conditioner yakho ejwayelekile.
- Phinda lokhu kanye ngesonto ukuthola imiphumela oyifunayo.
2. Ekwelapheni ukulahleka kwezinwele nokwephuka
Uwoyela womuthi wetiye usiza ekuvuleni izintambo zezinwele futhi wondle izimpande zakho. [6]

- Hlanganisa ijusi lekhabe neyogathi esitsheni bese uzipotoza zombili izithako.
- Okulandelayo, engeza uwoyela wetiye kuso bese uhlangana kahle.
- Thatha inani elinomusa lenhlanganisela bese uyifaka ngobumnene ekhanda nasesinwele sakho. Mboza ikhanda lakho ngekepisi lokugeza.
- Geza ngamanzi afudumele bese uwushaya umile.

3. Ngezinwele ezomile
