I-Masoor dal icebile ngama-antioxidants futhi ivikela isikhumba kuma-radicals wamahhala. [4] UVitamin E ubuye abe antioxidant. [5] Kuyasiza ukuvikela isikhumba ekulimaleni kwelanga futhi kuvuselele isikhumba. Uwoyela we-Primrose uthambisa isikhumba. Inezinto ezilwa nokuvuvukala ezisiza ukuthambisa isikhumba.
