Inqubo

  1. Faka u-oyela epanini eliphansi futhi uvumele ukuthi lishise. Bese ufaka imbewu yesinaphi kanye nopelepele oluhlaza epanini.
  2. Lapho imbewu yesinaphi splutter engeza u-anyanisi. Saute anyanisi imizuzu engu-3-4.
  3. Lapho u-anyanisi eba nsundu, engeza imifino okuyi-capsicum, utamatisi nophizi. Shayela eminye imizuzu emi-2.
  4. Faka usawoti kanye ne-turmeric powder epanini bese uwaxuba nemifino kahle.
