  • Usawoti omnyama- ingcosana
  • I-red chilli powder- 1tsp

Okokuhlobisa



  • Amaqabunga eCoriander- 2tbs (oqoshiwe)
  • Sev- 4tbsp
  • U-anyanisi- 2tsp (oqoshiwe)

Inqubo

  • Endishini, cwilisa amazambane abilisiwe ngesipuni.
  • Thatha ipuleti. Phula ama-golgappas kancane ngokugcwalisa amazambane. Faka amazambane acubuziwe bese ufaka ama-golgappas epuletini.
  • Manje sakaza u-anyanisi oqoshiwe, utamatisi nopelepele oluhlaza phezu kwawo.
  • Ngesipuni, thela i-curd bese ufafaza zonke izinongo okuyi-red chilli powder, i-garam masala ne-chaat masala. Bese ufafaza usawoti nosawoti omnyama phezu kwama-golgappas.

Chaat yeGolgappa isilungile. Gcoba nge-sev, u-anyanisi namaqabunga e-coriander. Phaka ngokushesha.
