2. Yogathi Noshukela

3. I-Turmeric, iMultani Mitti, neRosewater
I-Turmeric iqukethe i-curcumin esiza ekususeni noma yiluphi uhlobo lwamabala ebusweni nasemzimbeni. Kuyaziwa nangokuthi isikhumba sayo sigqamisa futhi sikhanyise izakhiwo, okwenza kube enye yezindlela ezingcono kakhulu zabesifazane abaningi. [okubili]

4. Olive Oil & Yoghurt
Eyaziwa ngezindawo ezikhanyisa isikhumba, uwoyela womnqumo wenza ukukhetha okuhle ngokususa amabala ombala kaHoli. Ungayihlanganisa nenye iyogathi ukwenza iphakethe lobuso elenziwe ekhaya. [3]
