  • I-yogurt- & inkomishi ye-frac12
  • I-Garam masala powder- 1 & frac12 tsp
  • Amaqabunga amasha we-coriander- & inkomishi ye-frac12 (eqoshiwe)
  • Amaqabunga amasha we-mint- 2tbsp (oqoshiwe)
  • Ijusi likalamula- 2tbsp
  • I-Hung curd noma ukhilimu- & frac12 kg
  • Amaqanda- 2 (ashaywe kancane)

  • Amanzi- 3 izinkomishi

Inqubo

1. Geza futhi uhlanze kahle inyama yemvu keema ngamanzi. Kugcine eceleni.

2. Fudumeza amanzi epanini elingaphansi elishonile. Faka i-chana dal, unamathisela u-ginger-garlic, upelepele oluhlaza okotshani, amakhadi amnyama, amaqabunga e-bay, izinti zesinamoni, ama-clove kanye nenyama yemvu emanzini abilayo.

3. Pheka inyama emlilweni omncane cishe imizuzu engama-20 inyama ize ithambe.

4. Uma inyama isiphekwe kahle, cisha ilangabi bese ukhipha amanzi enyameni.

5. Lapho inyama iphola ngokuphelele, gaya inyama kanye nezinongo ezikusihlanganisi kube unamahle. Ungafaki amanzi ngenkathi ugaya.

6. Manje engeza i-yogurt, i-garam masala powder, i-red chilli powder, usawoti, amaqabunga e-mint, amaqabunga e-coriander kanye nejusi likalamula emhlabathini we-keema. Hlanganisa kahle ngezandla zakho.

7. Hlukanisa le ngxube ibe izingxenye ezi-8-10 ezilinganayo.

8. Thatha ingxenye eyodwa yenhlanganisela uyigoqe phakathi kwezintende zezandla zakho. Gcwalisa ingxube kancane wenze indenti phakathi njengenkomishi encane eneminwe yakho.

9. Gcwalisa le nkomishi njenge-induction nge-curd elengisiwe noma ukhilimu omusha.

10. Songa ingxube kuzo zonke izinhlangothi ukubopha ukugcwaliswa kwe-curd.

11. Yenza wonke ama-kebabs ngendlela efanayo.

12. Futha uwoyela epanini.

13. Faka ama-kebabs engxenyeni yeqanda eshayiwe bese uyifaka emafutheni.

14. Pheka elangabini eliphansi cishe imizuzu eyi-10 ohlangothini ngalunye.

15. Lapho ama-kebas esephenduke ansundu ngegolide futhi aphekwe ngokuphelele avela kuzo zonke izinhlangothi, uwadlulisele kupuleti lokuphaka.

16. Phinda izinyathelo ezifanayo ukuthosa ama-kebabs amaningi.
