Inqubo



1. Bilisa amazambane, uphizi nenyama yenkomo ndawonye ku-pressure cooker. Ake ibilise isikhathi esingamakhwela ama-1-2.

2. Khonamanjalo uxove inhlama nazo zonke izithako zenhlama. Faka izindebe zamanzi ezi-1 nohhafu ukwenza inhlama ithambe futhi ihleleke.

3. Hlunga inyama yenkomo ebilisiwe nemifino kusuka kumpheki wokucindezela bese ugcina isitoko senkomo ngokwehlukana.

4. Fudumeza uwoyela epanini bese ushaya u-anyanisi okuwo. Lapho u-anyanisi ephenduka eguquguqukayo engeza ugalikhi. Yipheke imizuzu engu-2-3 emlilweni ophansi.

5. Faka inyama yenkomo ebilisiwe epanini uyivuthulule ukuxuba. Ake ipheke imizuzu emi-5.

6. Bese ufaka utamatisi ufafaze usawoti. Pheka elangabini eliphansi imizuzu engu-2-3 kuze kube yilapho izingcezu zikatamatisi zincibilika.

7. Faka isizini ngazo zonke izinongo eziyimpuphu okungukuthi, upelepele obomvu, ikhumini, i-chaat ne-garam masala. Fry izinongo imizuzu engu-3-4.

8. Khonamanjalo uhlanganise amazambane ngesandla sakho noma ngemuva kwesipuni. Faka amazambane abilisiwe nophizi epanini.

9. Yehlisa ilangabi libe mncane bese uxuba okuqukethwe kwepani ukuze wakhe ukufana okufanayo.

10. Pheka imizuzu emi-2 ukuya kwemi-3 bese ususa elangabini.

11. Manje khipha amabhola enhlama abe ama-roties ayisiyingi uwagoqe abe uhhafu bese uwafaka kwesinye isigamu. Yigoqe ngophini wokugingqa futhi ukuze welule amakhona.
