  • Amakhethelo- 5
  • Iqabunga le-Bay- 1
  • Ushukela- 1tsp
  • Ama-alimondi- 1/2 indebe (egcwele ubusuku bonke futhi ihlutshiwe)
  • Ubisi - 1/2 indebe
  • I-turmeric powder- ingcosana
  • I-Nutmeg powder- ingcosana
  • I-Ghee / uwoyela- 3tbsp
  • Amaqabunga e-Coriander- 2tbsp (aqoshiwe ukuhlobisa)
  • Ama-alimondi aqoshiwe- wokuhlobisa

Inqubo

1. Geza inkukhu kahle ngamanzi bese uyishaya ngethawula lasekhishini.

2. Gaya ama-alimondi ngobisi kumxube uwahlanganise.

3. Marinate izingcezu zenkukhu ngeyogathi, upelepele obomvu obomvu, usawoti, i-turmeric powder, ujusi kalamula nosawoti. Ifriji bese uyigcina amahora angu-5-6.
