Inqubo
- Shisisa uwoyela epanini. Saute imifino ngosawoti imizuzu engu-2-3 emlilweni ophakathi.
- Dlulisa imifino esitsheni. Kugcine eceleni.
- Gcoba ama-nuggets emanzini afudumele cishe imizuzu emihlanu.
- Ngemuva kwemizuzu engu-5, khipha amanzi kuma-nuggets. Cindezela amanzi amaningi ngokweqile ezandleni zakho.
- Thatha isitsha esikhulu ufake i-yogurt, imayonnaise, upelepele nosawoti. Ishaye kahle umzuzu.
