  • Ama-chilli flakes- ingcosana
  • Amafutha omnqumo- 1tbsp
  • Usawoti- ngokunambitha ngakunye

Inqubo

  1. Shisisa uwoyela epanini. Saute imifino ngosawoti imizuzu engu-2-3 emlilweni ophakathi.
  2. Dlulisa imifino esitsheni. Kugcine eceleni.
  3. Gcoba ama-nuggets emanzini afudumele cishe imizuzu emihlanu.
  4. Ngemuva kwemizuzu engu-5, khipha amanzi kuma-nuggets. Cindezela amanzi amaningi ngokweqile ezandleni zakho.
  5. Thatha isitsha esikhulu ufake i-yogurt, imayonnaise, upelepele nosawoti. Ishaye kahle umzuzu.
  6. Manje engeza ama-soya nuggets nemifino esusiwe kuyo. Hlanganisa kahle ngesipuni ukumboza ukugqoka ngendlela efanayo.
  7. Gcoba ngama-chilli flakes.
