Inqubo
- Geza i-keema kahle ngamanzi. Yenze umugqa nge-yogurt, i-turmeric powder, upelepele obomvu nosawoti. Gcina eceleni isigamu sehora.
- Ngemuva kwesigamu sehora, shisisa uwoyela epanini bese ufaka u-anyanisi. Fry cishe imizuzu engama-4-5 kulangabi eliphakathi.
- Faka unama we-ginger-garlic, upelepele oluhlaza, i-cumin powder, i-coriander powder, usawoti bese upheka cishe imizuzu emihlanu.
