  • I-red chilli powder- ne-frac12 tsp
  • I-Cumin powder- 1tsp
  • I-Coriander powder- 2tsp
  • I-Garam masala powder- 1tsp
  • Amanzi- & frac12 inkomishi
  • Amafutha- 1tbsp

  • Ufulawa kakolweni - 2 izinkomishi
  • Usawoti- ngokunambitha ngakunye
  • Amanzi afudumele- 1 inkomishi
  • Amafutha- 3tbsp

Inqubo

  1. Geza i-keema kahle ngamanzi. Yenze umugqa nge-yogurt, i-turmeric powder, upelepele obomvu nosawoti. Gcina eceleni isigamu sehora.
  2. Ngemuva kwesigamu sehora, shisisa uwoyela epanini bese ufaka u-anyanisi. Fry cishe imizuzu engama-4-5 kulangabi eliphakathi.
  3. Faka unama we-ginger-garlic, upelepele oluhlaza, i-cumin powder, i-coriander powder, usawoti bese upheka cishe imizuzu emihlanu.
  4. Manje engeza i-keema enamanzi bese upheka eminye imizuzu eyi-10, uvuselela ngokuqhubekayo.
  5. Faka i-garam masala powder, amanzi, ikhava bese upheka imizuzu engaba ngu-20 emlilweni ophansi. Qhubeka uvuselela ngezikhathi ezithile.
  6. Qiniseka ukuthi abukho umswakama ekugxileni ngemuva kokupheka ngokuphelele.
  7. Lapho nje i-keema isiphekwe ngokuphelele, cisha ilangabi bese uliyeka lipholile.
  8. Lungisa inhlama ethambile ngokuxuba ufulawa kakolweni, usawoti namanzi ndawonye esitsheni.
  9. Hlukanisa inhlama ibe izingxenye ezine-4-5 ezilinganayo. Yenza amabhola ayindilinga
  10. Khipha ama-chapati amancane amancane kusuka kumabhola
