3) Hlunga amanzi bese ugcina ebhodleleni elihlanzekile.
4) Sipha la manzi we-coriander usuku lonke.
2) Isobho Lemon-coriander
Le yindlela emnandi yokufaka i-coriander ekudleni kwakho. Lesi sobho esinempilo nesinomsoco kulula ukusilungisa futhi singukudla okunempilo kwamanyikwe.
Izithako-
-1 iqoqo lamaqabunga e-coriander amasha
-1/2 inkomishi yobisi lukakhukhunathi
-1/2 isipuni se-cornflour
-1 ukhilimu wethisipuni
-ingcosana ye-pepper powder
-Ucezu kasawoti
-Ihhafu yelamula
Indlela-
1) Yenza i-coriander puree ngokubilisa amaqabunga enkomishini eyodwa yamanzi imizuzu eyi-15 bese uhlanganisa konke.
2) Faka le puree enkomishini yamanzi.
3) Yenza unamathisela we-cornflour bese uyifaka enhlanganisweni engenhla.
4) Faka ukhilimu nopelepele powder.
5) Faka usawoti ukunambitha bese ukhama ulamula esobho. Jabulela isobho sakho se-coriander esishisayo nesiphundu.
