Inqubo
- Uxove inhlama ngezithako ze-kulcha. Sebenzisa i-curd njengoba kudingeka ukuze inhlama ingabi namanzi noma inamathele.
- Sebenzisa amanzi asivivi ukuxova inhlama ethambile ye-kulcha.
- Lapho inhlama ihlungiwe, vala ngendwangu emanzi ehlanzekile bese uyishiya amahora ayi-3-4. I-curd izokwenza inhlama ibe luhlaza futhi ithambe.
- Okwamanje, cwecwa amazambane abilisiwe uwafake endishini. Faka upelepele oluhlaza, igaram masala, ujinja, impuphu yemango eyomile, impuphu ebomvu obomvu nosawoti. Hlanganisa kahle ukwenza ukugxishwa.
- Manje engeza amaqabunga e-coriander aqoshiwe bese uxuba kahle. Nambitha ukuhlola ukuthi usawoti usesilinganisweni esifanele noma cha. Yenza okudingekayo.
