Okokugcwalisa

  • Amazambane- 4-5 (abilisiwe)
  • Upelepele oluhlaza- 3-4 (oqoshiwe)
  • Ujinja- 1 intshi
  • Imango eyomile yomgubo- 1tsp
  • I-red chilli powder- 1tsp
  • Garam masala- 1tsp
  • Amaqabunga e-Coriander- 1tbsp (oqoshiwe)
  • Usawoti- ngokunambitha ngakunye

Inqubo

  • Uxove inhlama ngezithako ze-kulcha. Sebenzisa i-curd njengoba kudingeka ukuze inhlama ingabi namanzi noma inamathele.
  • Sebenzisa amanzi asivivi ukuxova inhlama ethambile ye-kulcha.
  • Lapho inhlama ihlungiwe, vala ngendwangu emanzi ehlanzekile bese uyishiya amahora ayi-3-4. I-curd izokwenza inhlama ibe luhlaza futhi ithambe.
  • Okwamanje, cwecwa amazambane abilisiwe uwafake endishini. Faka upelepele oluhlaza, igaram masala, ujinja, impuphu yemango eyomile, impuphu ebomvu obomvu nosawoti. Hlanganisa kahle ukwenza ukugxishwa.
