1 tsp ushukela

Usawoti ngokunambitha

Ingcosana yesoda yokubhaka

OkweMasala:

2 amazambane (abilisiwe, ahlutshiwe, acubuziwe)

Anyanisi (ghee othosiwe)

Usawoti ngokunambitha

OkweChutney:

1 inkomishi entsha kakhukhunathi egayiwe

4 upelepele oluhlaza

1 tsp ushukela

I-ginger encane

Amaqabunga e-coriander aqoshiwe

3 tsps igremu ethosiwe

Ingcosana ye-asafoetida

1 tsp uwoyela

'tsp imbewu yesinaphi

Usawoti ngokwemfuneko ngayinye.

Inqubo:

1.Gaya izithako ze-dosa ku-batter ebushelelezi bese uzifaka efrijini i-batter ubusuku bonke.

2. Epanini elishisayo, sakaza i-batter njengama-pancake (amancane) bese uthosa izinhlangothi zombili nge-ghee.

3. Hlanganisa zonke izithako ze-masala.

4. Gaya izithako ze-chutney zibe unamathisela obukhulu. Khonza i-ghee ethosiwe yedosa yegolide ngengxenye ye-masala ne-chutney. I-davangere benne dosa emnandi isilungile.

Ngenkathi ukhonza iresiphi yedosa, engeza ibhotela elincane ku-dosa bese ukhonza.
