- Hlanganisa uviniga we-apula namanzi ngobuningi obulinganayo.

- Massage cishe imizuzu engu-5 bese ushiya eminye imizuzu emihlanu.
- Geza ngamanzi abandayo noma usule ngethawula elimanzi. Uma usuqedile, sula futhi usebenzisa indwangu eyomile ukuze ususe noma imuphi umswakama, uma ukhona.

2. I-Aloe Vera
I-Aloe vera inenhlanganisela ebizwa nge-aloin eyaziwa ngezindawo zayo zokukhanyisa isikhumba, yingakho isetshenziswa njengekhambi elisebenzayo lokwelapha isikhumba esimnyama ngaphansi kwamabele. [okubili]

- 1 tbsp ijeli le-aloe vera
- 1 tsp rosewater
Ungenza kanjani
- Khipha ijeli le-aloe vera esitshalweni se-aloe vera.
- Faka amanye ama-rosewater kuwo bese uhlanganisa izithako zombili kahle uze uthole unamathisela osakhilimu.
- Yisebenzise endaweni ethintekile bese ubhucunga imizuzu engaba ngu-5-10.
- Yishiye eminye imizuzu engu-5 ngaphambi kokuthi uyisule ngethawula elimanzi, kulandele izicubu ezomile ukususa noma yimuphi umswakama okhona.
- Phinda lo msebenzi kabili ngosuku ngemiphumela oyifunayo.
3. I-anyanisi ebomvu, i-Garlic, netiye eluhlaza
Ucwaningo lukhombisa ukuthi u-anyanisi obomvu, isikhumba esomile sika-anyanisi obomvu ukuze sibe ngqo, siqukethe i-antioxidant ebizwa nge-allicin eyaziwa ngokukhanyisa ithoni yesikhumba esimnyama, ikakhulukazi i-pigmentation ngaphansi kwamabele. - Faka unamathisele endaweni ethintekile bese ubhucunga imizuzu engaba ngu-3-5.
- Yishiye eminye imizuzu engu-5 ngaphambi kokuthi uyigeze ngamanzi abandayo bese uyipotoza yomile ngethawula elihlanzekile.
- Phinda le nqubo kanye ngosuku ukuthola imiphumela oyifunayo.
4. Ubisi noju
Ubisi luqukethe i-lactic acid efakazelwa ngempumelelo ukukhanyisa ithoni yesikhumba, ikakhulukazi okombala ngaphansi kwamabele. Ungahlanganisa ubisi noju oluthile bese ulusebenzisa endaweni ethintekile noma umane ucwilise ibhola likakotini obisini oluthile oluhlaza bese uligcoba ngobumnene endaweni ethintekile ukuqeda i-pigmentation. - 1 tbsp uju

- Hlanganisa ubisi noju ngobuningi obunikeziwe esitsheni esincane.
- Yisebenzise endaweni ethintekile bese uyihlikihla kamnandi cishe imizuzu eyi-10-15.
- Yishiye eminye imizuzu emi-5.
- Sula futhi uqinisekise ukuthi isikhumba asihlali simanzi.
- Phinda lokhu kabili ngosuku ngemiphumela oyifunayo.
5. Utamatisi
Utamatisi ucebile nge-lycopene esiza ukuvikela isikhumba kunoma yiluphi uhlobo lwe-pigmentation. Kuyasebenza futhi ekwelapheni isikhumba esimnyama ngaphansi kwamabele. [5]

- Yigeze ngamanzi abandayo bese uyipotoza ngomile ngethawula elihlanzekile.

6. Itiye Elimnyama Nelamula
Ucwaningo olwenziwe lwashicilelwa ngo-2011 lwathola ukuthi itiye elimnyama lalinamandla okukhanyisa isikhumba noma amabala amnyama uma lisetshenziswa endaweni ethintekile ngokuqhubekayo cishe amasonto amane.
