Abalimi bemifino bayathanda ukudla amakhowe, isikhunta esinezinhlamvu. Kodwa-ke, kunabantu abaningi abangathandi ukunambitheka nokubukeka kwamakhowe. Kepha iningi lethu alizazi izinzuzo zalo zezempilo. Amakhowe asiza ekulweni nomdlavuza futhi akhuphula amasosha omzimba. Uma uthanda ukudla amakhowe noma ufuna ukukunikeza izivakashi zakho nansi iresiphi elula yokwenza i-kadai mushroom. Le iresiphi yemifino eyenziwe ngamakhowe nemifino eluhlaza.

- Amakhowe- ama-250 gms
- Anyanisi- 2 (oqoshiwe)
- I-Capsicum- 1 (eqoshiwe)
- Utamatisi- 2-3 (oqoshiwe)
- I-Ginger- & frac12 intshi
- Garlic- 4-5 pods
- Upelepele oluhlaza- 3-4
- I-red chilli powder- 1tsp
- I-turmeric powder- ne-frac12 tsp
- I-Coriander powder- 1tsp
- Garam masala- 1tsp
- Usawoti
- I-Ghee- 4tbsp
- Amanzi- 1 inkomishi
- Icoriander ishiya ukuhlobisa
Inqubo
- Geza usike amakhowe abe izingcezu.
- Gaya ujinja, igalikhi nopelepele oluhlaza ndawonye. Yenza unamathisele bese wengeza amaconsi ambalwa amanzi ukwenza unamathisela obukhulu.
- I-heat ghee ku-kadai (pan). Faka u-anyanisi kanye gazinga kuze kube yilapho eba nsundu ngegolide. Manje engeza i-ginger, u-garlic no-chillies aluhlaza unamathisele bese ushaya ilangabi eliphakathi.
- Faka i-capsicum eqoshiwe, utamatisi bese ufafaza usawoti. Hlanganisa bese upheka emlilweni ophakathi nendawo imizuzu emibili.
- Fafaza i-turmeric powder ne-red chilli powder. Hlanganisa kahle.
- Manje, thela amanzi bese ufaka amakhowe asikiwe epanini. Hlanganisa uhlanganise kahle. Pheka emlilweni ophakathi nendawo imizuzu engu-4-6 (kuze kube yilapho i-gravy iqina kancane futhi amakhowe athambile).
- Faka i-garam masala. Hlanganisa bese ubeka ipani emlilweni.
IKadowa mushroom isilungele ukudliwa. Isebenzise kushisa ngelayisi elicacile noma i-rotis. Ungaba nayo ngezitsha zamaShayina ezifana nelayisi nama-noodle.
