- 1. Fudumeza u-oyela epanini, engeza i-hing (asafoetida) nembewu yekhumini uma uwoyela usushise ngokwanele.
- 2. Uma imbewu ikhumini i-splutter, engeza isitsha setamatisi puree bese uyibilisa kuze kube yilapho uwoyela untanta ngaphezulu.
- 3. Faka 2 tsp kasawoti uhlanganise kahle.
- 4. Faka i-kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder kanye ne-turmeric powder uphinde uhlanganise konke kahle.
- 5. Khonamanjalo, hlanganisa uhhafu wenkomishi lamanzi ku-¼ wamazambane aqoshiwe bese uwagaxa. Yengeze ku-gravy ukuze uyiqinise.
- 6. Faka inkomishi yamanzi futhi bese uyibilisa cishe imizuzu engu-5-6.
- 7. Faka isitsha se-chana emnyama ebilisiwe ugovuze kahle.
