Inqubo

1. Geza inyama yenkomo kahle ngamanzi

2. Marinate izingcezu zenkomo nge-curd, turmeric powder nosawoti cishe amahora amabili

3. Ngemuva kwamahora amabili, shisisa u-oyela epanini, engeza u-anyanisi unamathisele futhi gazinga imizuzu engu-5-6 kulangabi eliphakathi

4. Faka i-ginger-garlic paste bese upheka eminye imizuzu emi-2

5. Faka okunamathiselwe kwe-alimondi, i-coriander powder, i-pepper powder, i-garam masala powder, ubisi lukakhukhunathi bese upheka eminye imizuzu emithathu

6. Manje engeza izingcezu zenkomo namaqabunga e-mint. Hlanganisa kahle bese upheka cishe imizuzu eyi-15-20 emlilweni ophakathi

7. Faka usawoti namanzi. Vala ipani ngesivalo bese upheka imizuzu engaba ngu-45 emlilweni ophakathi. Qhubeka uvuselela ngezikhathi ezithile

8. Uma usuqedile, susa elangabini bese uligcina eceleni
