Inqubo
- Hlanganisa izingcezu zezinkukhu ngosawoti, i-pepper powder nejusi kalamula.
- Gxoba upelepele omnyama wonke (ungenzi impuphu).
- Shisisa amafutha epanini bese ufaka u-anyanisi osikiwe. Yithose ize iphenduke nsundu.
- Faka ujinja ogayiwe / ochotshoziwe negalikhi, upelepele oluhlaza kanye namaqabunga e-curry. Ake ipheke kuze kuhambe iphunga eliluhlaza, cishe imizuzu engama-3-4.
- Faka upelepele ochotshoziwe, i-turmeric powder, i-garam masala, i-fennel powder. Hlanganisa kahle. Phekela amanye ama-2-3 mins.
- Faka isoya / ketchup yesoya notamatisi. Hlanganisa kahle.
- Faka & frac14 inkomishi yamanzi nosawoti uhlanganise kahle.
- Manje engeza izingcezu zezinkukhu ezihlanjululwe. Hlanganisa konke kahle futhi uqiniseke ukuthi izingcezu zezinkukhu ziboshwe nge-masala.
- Lapho inkukhu iqala ukushintsha umbala engeza & frac12 inkomishi yamanzi uphinde uhlanganise kahle. Vumela ukuthi ibilise.
- Nciphisa ilangabi ulimboze bese ulipheka kuze kuphele inkukhu. Hlola njalo, nikeza isikhuthazi bese wengeza amanzi amaningi kuphela uma kudingeka.
- Uma inkukhu isiqedile, susa isembozo, engeza amanye amaqabunga e-curry bese uqhubeka upheka amanye amaminithi angu-5-7 emlilweni ophansi, ukuze uwose nje kancane.
- Cisha ilangabi uma usuqede ngokuphelele. Isitsha sizothola umthunzi omnyama uma sesiphumule.
