  • Usawoti njengokunambitheka ngakunye

Inqubo yeKheema Pav:



1. Fudumeza u-oyela epanini eliphansi elingaphansi. Yiphuze ngesikhumba se-cardamom, i-bay leaf, i-shahjeera, ama-clove namabele ommbila.

2. Saute anyanisi emafutheni aze abe nsundu. Bese ufaka upelepele oluhlaza no-ginger unamathisele i-ginger.

3. Pheka imizuzu emi-3 ukuya kwengu-4 elangabini eliphansi ngaphambi kokufaka utamatisi. Fafaza usawoti bese upheka eminye imizuzu emihlanu.



4. Linda kuze kunyamalale ubuluhlaza bese uwoyela uqala ukuhlukana nawo, engeza inyama egayiwe epanini.

5. Pheka i-kheema imizuzu emithathu kuya kwemi-4 ngaphambi kokufaka izinongo eziyimpuphu, okungukuthi upelepele obomvu ne-garam masala ne-pav bhaji masala powder.

6. Hlanganisa kahle bese upheka eminye imizuzu embalwa. Faka izindebe ezimbili zamanzi, umboze bese upheka eminye imizuzu emi-5 kuya kwengu-7.

7. Lapho uwoyela uqala ukuntanta phezu kwe-kheema, nyusa ilangabi bese ucupha ummbila ube ubuncane.

8. Susa elangabini uhlobise ngamaqabunga e-coriander aqoshiwe.

9. Manje ncibilikisa iqabunga lebhotela epanini elisicaba. Lapho incibilika ngokuphelele futhi iqala ukujika ibe nsundu, beka ama-pavs kuyo. Vumela isinkwa sithosiwe ngenkathi simisa ibhotela.
