  • Umango ovuthiwe- 1 (usike ngamabhubhu)
  • Amaqabunga e-Curry- 5
  • I-Ginger- 1 (osayizi abaphakathi, oqoshiwe)
  • Imbewu yesinaphi- 1tsp
  • Usawoti- ngokunambitha ngakunye
  • I-Ghee- 1tbsp

Inqubo

  1. I-heat ghee epanini bese ufaka imbewu yesinaphi. Vumela imbewu ukuthi iqhekeke.
  2. Bese ufaka amaqabunga e-ginger namakhari. Shayela imizuzu emibili bese ucisha ilangabi. Vumela ukuthi kuphole.
  3. Endishini, shaya i-yogurt ize ibushelelezi.
  4. Lapho ipani selipholile, engeza iyogathi eshisiwe kuyo bese uhlangana kahle.
  5. Manje engeza izingcezu zikamango uhlanganise kahle. Qiniseka ukuthi izingcezu zemango zigcotshwe ngokuphelele ngeyogathi.
  6. Sabalalisa irayisi eliphekiwe epuletini bese uthela ingxube yeyogathi kuso.
  7. Hlanganisa kancane, ikhava kanye nefriji cishe isigamu sehora.
  8. Khonza upholile.
