3. 1 Kg Ash Gourd (edingekayo futhi ehlutshiwe)
4. 1 kg Amanyanisi
5. 1/2 Kg Ama-Green Chilies
6. 1 inkomishi Jeera
7. 'ka-Asafoetida (uma uthanda)
8. Usawoti njengokunambitheka ngakunye
Ukulungiselela kwe-Aralu Sandige:
1. Ukuhlanza, cwilisa u-Aralu bese ukhipha wonke amanzi amaningi ngokuwakhama endwangwini ehlanzekile.
2.Gaya amaChilies aluhlaza, ama-Ash Gourd no-anyanisi.
3. Emkhunjini, engeza i-aralu emanzi, amaparele we-tapioca afakiwe (wokubopha), ingxube yomhlabathi, usawoti, i-jeera ne-asafoetida. Letha ingxube izobilisa.
