I-Phirni Recipe I-Phirni iyi-pudding yelayisi kanye nesitsha esivamile esimnandi phakathi nemikhosi. Njengoba iRamadan (iRamzan) iqhubeka, engeza lesi sidlo esimnandi ukwenza isikhathi samaholide sibe esimnandi nesikhumbulekayo. 1 tbsp ama-alimondi, ama-pistachio ekusikeni i-julienne noma aqotshiwe

3/4 tsp i-cardamom eyimpuphu



1/4 tsp isafron

Izikhombisi-ndlela zokwenza iresiphi yePhirni (Kheer )-

1.Gaya irayisi endaweni enhle, ebushelelezi, gcina eceleni.

2. Faka ubisi ukuze ubilise epanini elijulile elisindayo. Bilisa imizuzu engama-25-30 bese unyakazisa ngezikhathi ezithile ukuze ugweme ukunamathela.

3. Kancane uthele irayisi unamathisele ugovuze ngokuqhubekayo ukugwema izigaxa. Hlanganisa uphinde upheke kuze kube yilapho ingxube ikhulu.

4. Faka ushukela ugovuze kamnandi ukuwunyibilikisa. Fafaza i-cardamom powder phezu kwalo bese uxuba.

5. Hlanganisa i-pista nama-alimondi a-blanched. Londoloza okunye ukuhlobisa.

6. Thela ingxube esitsheni sengilazi.

7.Kupholile ize ibukeke isethiwe.

8. Hlobisa ngefilili lesiliva kanye nama-alimondi aqoshiwe asele nama- pistachio.

UPhirni (Kheer) ulungile. Khonza futhi ujabulele isikhathi samaholide!
