Inqubo
- Qala ngokuwasha bese ubilisa irayisi. Uma usuqedile, gcina eceleni. (engeza usawoti, i-bay leaf, i-black cardamom, ama-clove nama-peppercorns) Vumela ukuthi ipheke phezu kwelangabi eliphansi. Hlanganisa imizuzu engaba ngu-15 ngenkathi kusaphekwa.
- Manje hlanganisa i-curd, usawoti, i-red chilli powder, i-turmeric powder nejusi likalamula esitsheni.
- Kulesi sitsha engeza izingcezu ze-paneer bese ushukumisa kahle. Kugcine eceleni.
- Manje hlanganisa isafroni obisini bese uligcina eceleni.
- Hlola irayisi ukuthi ayibilisiwe yini futhi ukhiphe amanzi.
- Epanini engeza i-ghee futhi uma kushisa engeza upelepele oluhlaza no-ginger-garlic paste. Hlanganisa kahle.
- Shayela imizuzwana embalwa bese ufaka izingcezu ze-paneer.
- Vumela izithako ukuthi zipheke uze uzibone ziguquka zibe nsundu ngombala.
- Manje epanini elibanzi, thatha ungqimba welayisi elibilisiwe bese ufaka ifasitelana eliphekiwe epanini. Faka uphizi obilisiwe, i-garam masala powder, i-cardamom powder, isafron ngobisi, amaqabunga e-coriander, amaqabunga e-mint kanye ne-ghee ethe xaxa.
