  • I-Turmeric Powder - ne-frac14 tsp
  • I-Chilli Powder - ne-frac12 tsp
  • I-Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • I-Cardamom Powder - 2 tsp
  • I-Bay Leaf - 1
  • I-Black Cardamom - 1
  • Izindwangu - 2
  • Peppercorn - 3
  • Ulamula - 1 (ijusi)
  • Insimbi - & frac12 tsp
  • Ubisi - 2 tbsp
  • Amahlamvu weCoriander - ambalwa (aqoshiwe)
  • Amaqabunga eMint - ambalwa (aqoshiwe)
  • I-Ghee - 2 isipuni

Inqubo

  1. Qala ngokuwasha bese ubilisa irayisi. Uma usuqedile, gcina eceleni. (engeza usawoti, i-bay leaf, i-black cardamom, ama-clove nama-peppercorns) Vumela ukuthi ipheke phezu kwelangabi eliphansi. Hlanganisa imizuzu engaba ngu-15 ngenkathi kusaphekwa.
  2. Manje hlanganisa i-curd, usawoti, i-red chilli powder, i-turmeric powder nejusi likalamula esitsheni.
  3. Kulesi sitsha engeza izingcezu ze-paneer bese ushukumisa kahle. Kugcine eceleni.
  4. Manje hlanganisa isafroni obisini bese uligcina eceleni.
  5. Hlola irayisi ukuthi ayibilisiwe yini futhi ukhiphe amanzi.
  6. Epanini engeza i-ghee futhi uma kushisa engeza upelepele oluhlaza no-ginger-garlic paste. Hlanganisa kahle.
  7. Shayela imizuzwana embalwa bese ufaka izingcezu ze-paneer.
  8. Vumela izithako ukuthi zipheke uze uzibone ziguquka zibe nsundu ngombala.
  9. Manje epanini elibanzi, thatha ungqimba welayisi elibilisiwe bese ufaka ifasitelana eliphekiwe epanini. Faka uphizi obilisiwe, i-garam masala powder, i-cardamom powder, isafron ngobisi, amaqabunga e-coriander, amaqabunga e-mint kanye ne-ghee ethe xaxa.
  10. Ngemuva kokwenza ungqimba ngalunye, vala ipani ngesivalo esiqinile bese ushiya ukupheka cishe imizuzu eyi-10 elangabini eliphakathi naphakathi.
