Inqubo

1. Hlanganisa uphizi wamajuba ahlukanisiwe, udali obomvu, igramu eluhlaza kanye ne-bengal gram ku

ingcindezi yokupheka.

2. Faka izinkomishi ezine zamanzi kumpheki bese ufaka ithanga elibomvu,

ama-brinjals, amazambane, amaqabunga e-fenugreek, amaqabunga e-mint, amandla we-turmeric nosawoti

bese upheka isikhathi esingamakhwela ama-4.

4. Susa isivalo sompheki lapho ingcindezi ikhishwa ngokuphelele. Hlanganisa i-dal ebilisiwe ibushelelezi njenge-paste.

5. Gaya ujinja, ugarlic, upelepele oluhlaza, imbewu yekhumini nosawoti omncane ukwenza unamathisela omuhle.

6. Fudumeza uwoyela kanye ne-ghee epanini elijulile elingeyona induku. Faka u-anyanisi

bese ushaya kuze kube yilapho bephenduka igolide (cishe imizuzu engu-2 elangabini eliphakeme). Manje engeza utamatisi bese ushayela kuze kube yilapho sezithambile.

8. Faka unamathisela olungiselelwe ekuqaleni bese uqhubeka nokushayela. Faka i-

i-dhansak masala powder ne-chilli powder uphinde uhlanganise kahle.

9. Faka amadali nemifino epanini uhlanganise. Fafaza usawoti bese upheka

ekushiseni okuphansi imizuzu emihlanu.

10. Faka ijusi kalamula namaqabunga e-coriander aqoshiwe uhlanganise.
