- Kokupheka kwengcindezi, engeza uwoyela. Uma ushisa, engeza imbewu yesinaphi bese uyivumela ukuba iqhume. Manje engeza upelepele obomvu, unama we-ginger-garlic, izinongo. Zithose kahle.
- Manje engeza kumpheki, u-anyanisi oqoshiwe kanye gazinga kuze kube nsundu ngegolide.
- Faka utamatisi bese ufry kahle ize iphenduke isakhiwo esinjenge-gravy.
- Kumpheki, khangisa nge-chilli powder, coriander, turmeric powder. Zithose kahle ngezithako ezikhona kumpheki. Vala isembozo imizuzu emithathu.
- Manje engeza inkukhu ebilisiwe kumpheki bese uyiyeka ipheke izithako isikhathi esithile.
- Faka irayisi, amanzi nosawoti ukunambitha. Yinikeze ukuxuba okuhle bese umboza umpheki ngesivalo.
