Okwamaqebelengwane

1. Geza bese ucwilisa i-chana dal ubusuku bonke.

2. Ngosuku olulandelayo, khipha amanzi edalini bese uwagaxa kumxube onopelepele obuluhlaza nojinja ube unamathisele obukhulu.

3. Thatha ingxube esitsheni, ufake usawoti kuyo bese uyishaya ngesipuni imizuzu engu-2-3.

4. Gcoba isitsha ngamafutha amancane bese uthela le ngxube kuyo.

5. Beka isitsha ku-steamer yakho bese uyishisa imizuzu engaba ngu-5-6. Qiniseka ukuthi ingxube ayibi lukhuni kakhulu.

6. Emva kwalokho susa ngokucophelela isitsha ku-steamer usivumele sipholise phansi.

7. Ngemuva kokupholisa, usike ingxube eshubile ibe izingcezu ezincane zekhekhe lesikwele ngommese.

8. Dlulisela amakhekhe ashubile esitsheni.

9. Fudumeza uwoyela wokuthosa okujulile bese uthosa amaqebelengwane ashubile akuyo aze abe nsundu ngokusagolide.

1. Shisisa amafutha epanini bese ufaka imbewu ye-cumin, i-hing, i-bay leaf. Fry imizuzwana embalwa.

2. Faka i-puree utamatisi kuyo bese uyipheka kuze kube kwenziwa utamatisi kahle.

3. Hlanganisa i-cumin powder eyosiwe, i-coriander powder eyosiwe, i-red chilli powder, i-turmeric powder ne-yogurt.

4. Faka lenhlanganisela yeyogathi epanini bese ugoqoza kahle. Qiniseka ukuthi azikho izigaxa ezakhiwe.

5. Faka usawoti bese ushayela masala emlilweni omncane.

6. Bese ufaka inkomishi yamanzi kuyo. Letha emathunjini.

7. Manje engeza amakhekhe e-dal othosiwe ku-gravy uhlanganise kahle.

8. Faka i-garam masala powder, ghee bese ubilisa i-curry imizuzu engu-2-3.

9. Uma usuqedile, cisha ilangabi bese uhlobisa umhluzi ngamaqabunga e-coriander aqoshiwe.
