Inqubo
- Geza i-chana emanzi nengcindezi yokupheka isikhathi esingamakhwela ama-4-5.
- Okwamanje, shisa uwoyela epanini lokuthosa. Isizini nge bay leaf ne-cumin imbewu.
- Saute anyanisi oqoshiwe imizuzu engu-4 elangabini eliphezulu. U-anyanisi kufanele abe mnyama nsundu.
