  • Imbewu yekhumini- 1tsp
  • Iqabunga le-Bay- 1
  • Usawoti- ngokunambitha ngakunye
  • Amafutha- 2tbsp

Inqubo

  • Geza i-chana emanzi nengcindezi yokupheka isikhathi esingamakhwela ama-4-5.
  • Okwamanje, shisa uwoyela epanini lokuthosa. Isizini nge bay leaf ne-cumin imbewu.
  • Saute anyanisi oqoshiwe imizuzu engu-4 elangabini eliphezulu. U-anyanisi kufanele abe mnyama nsundu.
  • Faka upelepele oluhlaza, ujinja, ugarlic, utamatisi, usawoti kanye ne-turmeric powder. Hlanganisa kahle bese upheka eminye imizuzu emithathu elangabini eliphezulu.
