Inqubo
- Endishini engeza isipuni ezimbili se-cornflour, i-ginger-garlic paste, i-green chilli paste, usawoti kanye nengxenye yenkomishi yamanzi. Yenza i-batter obukhulu.
- Gqoka ama-cubes we-paneer ngale batter.
- Sishisa isipuni esisodwa samafutha epanini elingeyona induku bese uthosa la macube we-paneer cishe imizuzu engama-3-4 ohlangothini ngalunye elangabini eliphakathi. Qiniseka ukuthi zonke izinhlangothi ziguquka zibe nsundu ngokusagolide.
- Dlulisa ama-cubes we-paneer epuletini bese uyigcina eceleni.
- Shisisa isipuni esisodwa samafutha epanini bese ufaka u-anyanisi. Fry aze abe nsundu ngegolide.
- Faka ugarlic oqoshiwe, i-capsicum, u-anyanisi wasentwasahlobo nosawoti. Pheka emlilweni ophakathi nendawo imizuzu engu-3-4.
