  • Ubhontshisi- 3tbsp
  • I-ginger-garlic unama- 1tbsp
  • Ukunamathisela okuluhlaza okotshani- 1tsp
  • U-anyanisi- 1 (oqoshiwe)
  • I-Capsicum- 2 (eqoshiwe)
  • U-anyanisi wasentwasahlobo- 1 bunch (oqoshiwe)
  • Ngiyi-willow- 2tbsp
  • Utamatisi sauce - 2tbsp
  • Garlic- 3 clove (oqoshiwe)
  • Usawoti- ngokunambitha ngakunye
  • Amafutha- 2tbsp
  • Amanzi- 1 inkomishi

Inqubo

  1. Endishini engeza isipuni ezimbili se-cornflour, i-ginger-garlic paste, i-green chilli paste, usawoti kanye nengxenye yenkomishi yamanzi. Yenza i-batter obukhulu.
  2. Gqoka ama-cubes we-paneer ngale batter.
  3. Sishisa isipuni esisodwa samafutha epanini elingeyona induku bese uthosa la macube we-paneer cishe imizuzu engama-3-4 ohlangothini ngalunye elangabini eliphakathi. Qiniseka ukuthi zonke izinhlangothi ziguquka zibe nsundu ngokusagolide.
  4. Dlulisa ama-cubes we-paneer epuletini bese uyigcina eceleni.
  5. Shisisa isipuni esisodwa samafutha epanini bese ufaka u-anyanisi. Fry aze abe nsundu ngegolide.
  6. Faka ugarlic oqoshiwe, i-capsicum, u-anyanisi wasentwasahlobo nosawoti. Pheka emlilweni ophakathi nendawo imizuzu engu-3-4.
  7. Manje engeza i-soy sauce ne-tomato sauce. Pheka eminye imizuzu emi-2.
  8. Nciphisa isipuni esisodwa se-cornflour cishe uhhafu wenkomishi yamanzi bese uthele le ngxube epanini.
  9. Lapho ingxube iqala ukuqina, engeza ama-cubes paneer othosiwe.
  10. Hlanganisa kancane bese uqinisekisa ukuthi i-paneer ayiphuli.
  11. Uma usuqedile, cisha ilangabi bese ukhonza.
