Izithako

  • Ifasitelana elingama-250gms
  • 5-6tbsp beka ama-pastes
  • 3-4 ama-chilies aluhlaza
  • usawoti ukunambitha
  • & ushukela we-frac14tbsp
  • Amantongomane angu-8-10
  • & frac12tbsp kasuri methi
  • 1 inkomishi ukhilimu
  • 1/2 inkomishi yobisi
  • 50gms ibhotela

Inqubo Yokwenza I-Paneer Posto:



  • Gcoba imbewu ye-poppy namantongomane e-cashew kahle emanzini ihora noma amabili ngaphambi kokugaya.
  • Faka upelepele, iposto (imbewu yepoppy), namanzi ku-blender yakho bese wenza unamathisela obukhulu. Futhi hlanganisa kahle ama-cashews kumxube wakho ngokuhlukile.
  • Sika i-paneer (ushizi kakotini) ube ama-cubes amancane noma onxantathu ukuze ikwazi ukufaka kahle ingxube.
  • Sishisa ibhotela epanini lokuthosa elijulile bese ulithosa kancane kuze kube yilapho liphenduka liphuzi kancane.
  • Manje engeza okunamathiselwe kwe-posto epanini uhlanganise kahle.
  • Faka usawoti ukunambitha kule ngxube.
  • Ungangeza ubisi kuwo noma kungenjalo ingxube ingase yome kakhulu.
  • Faka unamathisele i-cashew nut, ukhilimu noshukela epanini bese uyifaka emlilweni ophakathi nendawo. Faka kahle imizuzu embalwa.
  • Mboza ipani lokuthosa ngesivalo bese uliyeka lipheke ilangabi eliphansi imizuzu emihlanu.
  • Susa isivalo, engeza ibhotela kanye ne-kasuri methi. Vumela ipheke eminye imizuzu emi-5 bese uyayisusa.

Isitsha sakho manje sesikulungele ukuphakwa futhi sigcwalisa izifundo eziyinhloko njengelayisi ne-chapati.
