Inqubo

1. Ukulungisa usoso omhlophe, hlanganisa i-maida nobisi ndawonye endishini. Qiniseka ukuthi azikho izigaxa ezakhiwe.

2. Sishaza isipuni esisodwa samafutha omnqumo epanini bese uthela ingxube yobisi nofulawa kuwo.

3. Qhubeka uvuselele ngenkathi usoso uqala ukubila.

4. Faka usawoti, i-nutmeg powder ne-pepper powder kuyo. Hlanganisa kahle.

5. Pheka imizuzu emi-2-3 bese ucisha ilangabi. Gcina isosi emhlophe eceleni.

6. Hlangisa ihhavini liye kuma-degree angama-200 celsius.

7. Fudumeza uwoyela epanini bese ufaka ugarlic oqoshiwe bese uwahambisa umzuzu.

8. Bese ufaka isipinashi bese upheka emlilweni ophakathi nendawo cishe imizuzu engama-3-4.

9. Faka usawoti, upelepele kanye nezinhlamvu zommbila. Pheka eminye imizuzu engu-3-4.

10. Cisha umlilo bese uhambisa ingxube yesipinashi esitsheni sokubhaka.

11. Thela usoso omhlophe uhlanganise kahle.

12. Yifake kuhhavini ubhake ingxube imizuzu eyisishiyagalombili.

13. Ngemuva kwemizuzu engu-8, khipha isitsha kuhhavini ufafaze ushizi ogayiwe kanye nezinhlama zesinkwa phezu kwenhlanganisela yommbila wesipinashi.
