  • Sika ama-amla abe yizicucu ezi-4 ezilinganayo.
  • Cwilisa tamarind emanzini afudumele cishe imizuzu eyi-10 bese ususa imbewu.
  • Manje hlanganisa i-tamarind, i-turmeric powder, i-chilli powder ne-fenugreek powder ibe unamathisela ocolekileyo bese ubeka eceleni imizuzu embalwa.
