  • Ijusi lebhola elilinganayo likalamula le-tamarind
  • I-Ajwain (imbewu ye-carrom) - 1tsp
  • Usawoti- ngokunambitha ngakunye

(Ngokuzithandela ungangeza i-1/2 tsp tandoori umbala)

  • Izindwangu - 2tbsp
  • I-Cardamom- 2tbsp
  • Kukhuliswe- 2tbsp
  • Izinti zesinamoni- 3 (encane)

Indlela

  1. Izinhlanzi ezihlanzekile nezokugeza zifaka i-turmeric powder nosawoti uyigcine isigamu sehora.
  2. Hlanganisa zonke izithako ezingenhla ngaphandle kwenhlanzi bese wenza ukuvumelana okujiyile.
  3. Engeza inhlanzi ku-batter. Yishiye ukuze uhambe ngesigamu sehora.
  4. Fry ejulile emafutheni kwilangabi eliphakathi lize liguqule libe nsundu ngokubomvu ngombala.
  5. Fafaza i-chaat masala nejusi likalamula phezu kwayo bese ukhonza.
