Ujinja uqukethe izakhiwo ezi-astringent, anti-inflammatory and coagulant ezingasiza ekwelapheni ukopha okunzima kokuya esikhathini. Abesifazane abanezikhathi ezisindayo banamazinga aphezulu we-serum we-prostaglandin E2 ne-prostacyclin okuholela ekugelezeni kwegazi okweqile nasezinyangeni zokuya esikhathini. [13] .
• Enkomishini yamanzi bilisa ujinja ogayiwe imizuzu embalwa. Yicindezele bese wengeza uju. Iphuze kabili ngemuva kokudla.
16. Itiye leJujube
UJujube, owaziwa kakhulu ngokuthi amadethi abomvu, ubelokhu esetshenziswa ngokwesiko ngezikhathi ezinzima nasezikhungweni zokuya esikhathini. Ucwaningo lukhombisile ukuthi ukuphuza itiye lejujube kunomthelela emazingeni e-estrogen egazini futhi kwehlisa ukopha okunzima kokuya esikhathini [14] .
• Enkomishini yamanzi abilayo engeza u-15 g wamaqabunga e-jujube ne-spoonful yezinsuku ezibomvu.
• Hlunga itiye uliphuze amahlandla ayi-8 kuya kwayi-10 ngenyanga ikakhulukazi ngesikhathi sokuya esikhathini.
17. Itiye lefilakisi
Ama-flaxseeds aqukethe ama-lignans anezakhiwo zokulinganisa ama-hormone. Futhi ucwaningo lukhombisile ukuthi ziyasiza ukulawula amazinga e-estrogen emzimbeni ngesikhathi sokuya esikhathini okunzima [ishumi nanhlanu] .

18. Ukucindezela okubandayo

• Songa iphakethe leqhwa ngethawula ulibeke ngaphezu kwesisu sakho imizuzu engama-20. Qhubeka usebenzise kabusha iphakethe ngemuva kwamahora amabili kuya kwamane.
19. IBlackstrap Molasses
Ingelinye lamakhambi asekhaya amahle kakhulu wokopha okukhulu kokuya esikhathini. Inothile ngensimbi nezinsiza ekukhiqizeni amangqamuzana abomvu egazi futhi isiza ukulawula inani legazi elilahlekile ngesikhathi sokuya esikhathini. • Faka amathisipuni ayi-1 kuye kwayi-2 we-blackstrap molasses enkomishini yamanzi afudumele noma obisini. Iphuze kanye nsuku zonke.
20. Amathoyizi
ILodhra umuthi osetshenziswa e-Ayurveda ukwelapha izinkinga ezihlobene nokopha kakhulu.
