Inqubo
1. Geza amaqabunga egongura kahle ngamanzi. Bese ushisa isipuni samafutha amabili epanini bese ufaka kuwo amaqabunga e-gongura.
2. Vala bese upheka amaqabunga e-gongura emlilweni ophakathi nendawo imizuzu engu-4-5 aze abe mushy. Cisha ilangabi bese uligcina eceleni.
3. Bese ushisa u-oyela endaweni yokupheka ingcindezi bese ufaka imbewu ye-jeera, ama-clove, ama-cardamom aluhlaza, isinamoni bese uyivumela ukuba iqhume.
4. Bese ufaka u-anyanisi nopelepele oluhlaza. Pheka ngomlilo ophakathi imizuzu engu-4-5.
5. Faka i-ginger-garlic paste, i-turmeric powder, i-red chilli powder, izingcezu zemvu bese ushaya imizuzu engu-5-6.
6. Bese ufaka usawoti uhlanganise kahle. Pheka imizuzu engu-3-4.
7. Manje engeza inkomishi yamanzi enyameni yemvu. Vala umpheki ngesivalo sayo bese ulinda amakhwela angu-4-5. Gcina ilangabi liphansi.
8. Ngemuva kokuphekwa kwenyama yegusha, yidlulisele epanini bese upheka elangabini eliphansi.
9. Hlanganisa amaqabunga e-gongura nge-pestle noma nge-masher. Ungayigaya futhi kumxube. Faka lokhu ku-gravy yemvu bese uhlanganise kahle.
10. Vala bese upheka imizuzu eyi-3-4. Faka i-garam masala powder bese ucisha ilangabi.
11. Hlobisa inyama yegusha ngamaqabunga e-coriander aqoshiwe.
