- 2. Faka u-1 tsp kasawoti, enye i-asafoetida kanye ne-p tsp yempuphu yokubhaka embizeni bese uyihlanganisa noboya obunzima.
- 3. Dlulisa ingxube esitsheni.
- 4. Choboza imbewu yekhumini eyosiwe nge-pestle bese uyifaka enhlanganisweni.
- 5. Fafaza i-coriander engxenyeni uhlanganise kahle.
- 6. Thela onodoli be-batter obukhulu epanini elifudunyezwe ngamafutha bese uthosa ama-vadas aze abe nsundu ngegolide.
