Inqubo

  1. Geza ibhindi ngamanzi, yipotoze ngomunwe ngethawula bese ulisika libe izingcezu zosayizi ophakathi.
  2. Sika amazambane abe yizicucu ezisikiwe bese ubeka eceleni.
  3. Hlanganisa unama we-ginger-garlic, unamathisela upelepele oluhlaza, i-turmeric powder, ijusi kalamula nethispuni elilodwa lamafutha ndawonye esitsheni. Gcina le masala unamathele eceleni.
  4. Shisisa uwoyela epanini bese ufaka imbewu yesinaphi nembewu yefenugreek. Vumela i-splutter.
  5. Faka amazambane kanye nebhindi. Hlanganisa kahle bese upheka imizuzu engaba ngu-5-6 kuze kuphele umswakama osebhindi.
  6. Faka i-chilli powder, i-cumin powder, i-coriander powder nosawoti. Hlanganisa kahle.
  7. Manje engeza ukunamathisela kwe-masala bese uyishukumisa cishe imizuzu engu-5-6 kulangabi eliphakathi.
  8. Vala ipani ngesivalo cishe imizuzu engu-2 bese upheka elangabini eliphansi.
  9. Uma usuqedile, cisha ilangabi bese ukhonza.
