  • I-Garlic- ama-pods ama-5 (egayiwe)
  • Ubisi lukakhukhunathi- & inkomishi ye-frac12
  • Isinamoni- 1
  • Ikhadiyamu- 3-4
  • Amakhethelo- 3
  • Imbewu ye-Fennel- 1tsp
  • Imbewu yePoppy- 1tsp
  • I-Coriander powder- 1tbsp
  • I-Turmeric powder- 2tsp
  • Amantongomane ama-cashew - 10-12 (afakwe emanzini futhi agxiliwe unamathisele)
  • Upelepele omnyama- 1tsp
  • Uviniga- 1tsp
  • Amafutha- 3-4 tbsp
  • Amaqabunga e-Coriander- 1tbsp (oqoshiwe)
  • Usawoti- ngokunambitha ngakunye

Inqubo

  • Sishisa uwoyela we-1tsp epanini lokuthosa. Isizini ngesinamoni, i-clove, i-cardamom, imbewu yefennel nembewu ye-poppy. Hlanganisa bese upheka emlilweni omncane ngomzuzu.
  • Saute anyanisi, ujinja nogalikhi imizuzu emibili elangabini eliphezulu. Manje fafaza i-turmeric powder, coriander powder uphinde uhlanganise kahle. Pheka eminye imizuzu emithathu. Beka ipani emlilweni.
  • Manje zigaye zibe unama. Geza izingcezu zemvu, ufafaze usawoti bese ufaka kumpheki wokucindezela ngamanzi. Ukupheka kwengcindezi kwezimpempe eziyi-3-4.
  • Sishisa uwoyela 2tbsp epanini lokuthosa. Faka unamathisela womhlabathi, ubisi lukakhukhunathi, upelepele omnyama nosawoti. Hlanganisa kahle. Faka inyama yemvu ephekiwe ngamanzi epanini. Letha ukuze ubilise. Faka uviniga namanothi e-cashew. Hlanganisa kahle kuze kube yilapho i-gravy iqina.

Imvu yesitayela seKerala isilungele ukudliwa. Gcoba ngamaqabunga e-coriander aqoshiwe bese uhambisa isidlo esiseceleni esishisayo ngelayisi noma i-rotis.
