Inqubo
1. Bilisa inyama yemvu kumpheki wokucindezela ngosawoti kanye ne-turmeric. Ingcindezi iphekela amakhwela ama-4 bese uyiyeka ipholile.
2. Okwamanje thosa zonke izinongo okungukuthi, upelepele obomvu owomile, imbewu yefennel, imbewu ye-coriander, isinamoni, i-peppercorns nama-clove emafutheni ashisayo ashubisayo imizuzu engu-1-2.
3. Zikhande bese uzibeka eceleni ukuze zipholile. Kuwoyela ofanayo shaya u-anyanisi wezingane oqoshiwe aze abe nsundu ngokusagolide.

8. Mayipheke ilangabi eliphansi imizuzu emihlanu kuya kwengu-7. Qhubeka uyigqugquzela kanye ngesikhathi ukuze i-gravy ipheke ngokufanayo.
