Inqubo
- Endishini enkulu, engeza i-maida, i-cornflour, i-ghee bese ufafaza usawoti. Amanzi afudumele uthele endishini. Uxove inhlama ethambile. Mboza ngendwangu yemisipha emanzi bese uyigcina eceleni.
- Kwesinye isitsha, hlanganisa zonke izithako zokugcwalisa. Sebenzisa isipuni ukuxuba izithako kahle. I-mawa kufanele ifake kahle.
- Sishisa ipani eliphansi elijulile. Faka amanzi uwulethe uzobilisa. Lapho amanzi eqala ukubila, engeza ushukela bese unyakazisa ngokuqhubekayo elangabini eliphansi. Govuza kuze ushukela uncibilike ngokuphelele. Faka isafroni bese uvuselela imizuzu emibili. Beka ipani emlilweni.
- Thatha inhlama wenze amabhola ayindilinga amancane. Zigoqe zibe ngama-rotis amancane bese ufaka ukugcwaliswa. Faka iroti ebholeni futhi bese ugcina epuletini. Izinto zeminye imiqulu ngokugcwaliswa.
