3. I-Weishu (BL21) : Etholakala kwi-meridian yesinye, i-BL21 ingasiza ngezinhlungu zesisu nokuphazamiseka kwamathumbu. Indawo ye-acupressure icishe ibe ngamasentimitha ayisithupha ngaphezulu kokuncane emuva nange-1 1/2 amayintshi ngapha nangapha komgogodla.

Qaphela : Ungalihlikihli leli phuzu uma unezinkinga ezinjenge-disc eshibilikile noma ubuthakathaka bomgogodla.
I-Zhongwan (CV12) : Leli phuzu lingasiza ngezitho zangaphezulu zesisu nezitho ze-yang, kufaka phakathi isinye nenyongo futhi litholakala ngamasentimitha amane ngaphezulu kwenkaba. Izitho ze-yang eziyisithupha, ngokusho komuthi waseShayina ziyinyongo, isisu, amathumbu amancane, amathumbu amakhulu, isinye nesishisi esiphindwe kathathu [7] .
Ungakwenza kanjani : Beka iminwe emibili kuya kwemithathu ephuzwini bese usebenzisa ingcindezi ngokunyakaza okuyisiyingi bese ubhucunga imizuzu engu-2-3.
I-Zusanli (ST36) : Leli phuzu lixhunywe ezinhlelweni ezingaphezulu zesisu kanye ne-parasympathetic nervous system futhi itholakala cishe ngamasentimitha ama-3 ngaphansi kwe-kneecap [8] .
Ungakwenza kanjani : Beka iminwe emibili endaweni ye-zusanli bese uhambisa iminwe ngokunyakaza ngokunyakaza okuyindilinga. Massage imizuzu engu-2-3 bese uphinda komunye umlenze.
Ungayenza Kanjani I-Acupressure Kuwe
